I am a Los Angeles native with a passion for all things taste and travel. In fact, I once spent six months traveling through South America in search of the perfect empanadas (spoiler alert: they were in Buenos Aires). Shortly after receiving a degree in Communication and English from the University of California Santa Barbara, I began my career as the in-house marketing and events coordinator for a luxury lifestyle publication in Los Angeles. My enthusiasm for developing creative campaigns and engaging with different communities on social media led me to pursue a position at a boutique public relations and marketing agency, where I worked with Michelin-starred restaurants, award-winning luxury resorts, and esteemed travel destinations all over California. Eager to spread my wings in the industry, I spent time at one of the leading destination marketing agencies in the country, where I worked closely with celebrity chefs, managed social media for internationally-acclaimed wine and spirits brands, and executed PR campaigns for such prestigious events as the Emmys and Grammys. I also worked as a marketing manager at one of the world’s most prestigious hospitality organizations, where I used my industry experience to generate awareness of an iconic luxury hotel in the digital sphere. With those incredible experiences behind me, I am currently living my dream as an account director at a boutique marketing agency where I get to share the stories of authentic tastemakers near and far.
